National Autonomous SLAM Championship: Apex MK-IV Scores Clean Sweep in Dallas
timer

Dallas hosted 60 high school teams for this year's National Autonomous SLAM Championship, with scoring weighted heavily toward mapping accuracy and zero human takeovers.
Apex MK-IV's Raspberry Pi 5 compute stack ran a Nav2 costmap pipeline fused with RPLiDAR A2M8 scans, completing a full 480 square meter arena sweep in under 122 seconds without a single operator correction.
The win extends MOGUL TEAM's SLAM division into its second consecutive national podium finish and validates the Kalman-filtered localization work Elena Rostova's software team shipped earlier in the season.
